How do I earn points? +
You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on PRO subscriptions, event passes, and merchandise. You also earn bonus points for rating events and streams, and PRO members earn daily login points.
How do I redeem points? +
At checkout, you'll see a "Use Points" option if you have points available. Check the box and we'll apply the maximum discount. 100 points = $1 off.
Can points cover the full cost? +
Yes! If you have enough points, you can get a purchase completely free. Points discount up to the full price.
Do points expire? +
Points expire after 365 days of inactivity.
Can I use points on merch? +
Yes! Points work on everything — PRO subscriptions, event passes, and all merch. Same rate: 100 points = $1 off.
Do I earn points when I redeem? +
You earn points on the actual cash amount paid. If points cover part of your purchase, you earn points on the remaining cash portion.
