Privacy Policy

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address, username, and password (stored as a bcrypt hash — we never see the plaintext). If you subscribe to DLM PRO, payment processing is handled by Stripe — we do not store credit card details on our servers.

Usage data. We collect anonymous usage data such as pages viewed, search queries, and feature usage to improve the site. This data is not linked to individual user accounts.

Cookies. We use a single session cookie (dlm_session) to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We use the information we collect to operate DIRTLATEMODEL.COM, provide customer support, process payments, send service-related communications (account confirmations, payment receipts, optional newsletters), and protect against fraud and abuse.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords (bcrypt cost 12), prepared SQL statements to prevent injection, and CSRF tokens on all state-changing requests. Session tokens are hashed (SHA-256) before storage in the database.

Stripe. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Your payment information is sent directly to Stripe and governed by their Privacy Policy.

TRACKSTATS. Race results, statistics, and schedule data are sourced from TRACKSTATS.TV, an affiliated motorsports analytics platform. No personal data is shared with TRACKSTATS.

Mailgun. Outbound email (account verification, contact form notifications) is delivered through Mailgun per their privacy policy.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us through the Contact page. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information from our systems within 30 days.

DIRTLATEMODEL.COM is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
