Terms of Service

By accessing or using DIRTLATEMODEL.COM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

DIRTLATEMODEL.COM is a media and analytics platform covering dirt Late Model racing. The Service includes news articles, race results, driver and track statistics, schedule information, streaming guides, and merchandise sales. Some features (DLM PRO) require a paid subscription.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including any unauthorized use that results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

DLM PRO subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly at $2.99 or annually at $29.99). You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Partial-month or partial-year refunds are not generally provided, but we will consider exceptions in good faith for billing errors or service outages.

Merch orders are processed through our payment provider and fulfilled by us or our designated fulfillment partner. Returns and exchanges follow the policy posted at checkout.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download data from the Service without our written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, server, or system.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe on others' rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by overwhelming it with automated requests.
• Resell or redistribute Service content (results, statistics, articles) as your own product.

All editorial content, design, and proprietary compilations on DIRTLATEMODEL.COM are the property of DIRTLATEMODEL.COM or its licensors. Race results and statistical data are compiled from publicly available sources, original reporting, and partner submissions.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without permission. Linking to articles and embedding short excerpts with attribution is welcomed.

Photos submitted by photographers, tracks, or contributors remain the property of the original creator. By submitting photos to DLM, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display them on the Service with attribution. Unauthorized commercial reuse of submitted photos is prohibited.

We strive for accuracy in race results, statistics, and biographical data. If you believe data is incorrect, use the Submit a Correction form. We review every submission and reserve the right to accept or reject corrections at our discretion based on the evidence provided.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. Schedule, purse, and streaming information is subject to change — verify with the track before traveling.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIRTLATEMODEL.COM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior toward other users or our staff. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
